For me it all comes down to the memories we make with family and friends through out life that matters most. I was someone who was heavily influenced by his family. Growing up and having those moments that I have shared with loved ones is something that has shaped who I am as a photographer. My grandfather was a photographer and I remember so many moments of family pictures that as kids we all hated. But as we got older and look back at those memories with our grandfather nothing gives us all more joy then being able to
cherish those times together as a family. That is what I take from my grandfather as a photographer is the importance of having a way to hold on to those memories. It is something that he passed onto me that I appreciate now as a photographer more then anything. I want to take those precious moments you have with your family and create images that not only stand out but bring you back to the people, the smiles, the laughter, the love, and the moments because that is what its all about.
At my core I love to create and have always found myself being someone who's outlook on life shapes how he creates as a photographer. I love people, and colors and look forward to every time I meet a new couple finding out what is important to them and finding unique ways to bring that out. I love to be outdoors! Whether its out playing with my nephews, vacationing in the mountains, or out at a Cubs game I love life and try to fill it being as active as I can with the people I love doing the things I love. laughter to me is the way to the soul and I am always looking to find ways to laugh with my best friend and love of my life. We are goof balls at heart and try to live an easy going life filled with, love, silliness, family, and friends. So lets share a laugh, and toast to you, your family, the lives you both have lived, and the memories you both will share for years to come. I look forward to being a part in making those moments last a lifetime!
